Find the Common Ground

Welcome to CKA Mediation and Arbitration Services, LLC. I am mediator and attorney-at-law Christopher Annunziata. I provide mediation and alternative dispute resolution services across metro Atlanta.

As a former litigator, I recognize that sometimes parties must fight tooth and nail for their rights. But there are also times when communication, cooperation, and compromise are best employed to resolve a dispute:

  • When a client needs to straighten out a dispute with a vendor or a valued customer;
  • When a personal injury plaintiff wants to put the trauma of that accident behind them;
  • When a protracted, hostile divorce would not be in the best interests of the children;
  • When neighbors need to mend fences;
  • When parties simply want to talk about settlement.

That is why you need an experienced mediator who understands the ins and outs of litigation, can analyze the risks involved in your case, can help break communication barriers, and can recommend creative solutions to help resolve your dispute.

Let me use my years of experience as a litigator to help you find the common ground and settle your case.

If you have any questions or would like to speak with me about scheduling a mediation, please call me at (404) 551-3643 or e-mail us at info@ckamediation.com.
