		<description>After 24 years of trial and litigation practice, my professional practical experience on the use of someone else&#039;s notes to get the notes that say what I - not you - want them to say is this - I win; you lose.  By all means, shred the notes.  I certainly do.  And I wouldn&#039;t rely on mediation confidentiality to protect me no matter how strong it appears to be today.</description>
