		<description>What I admire about PS is that he was upfront and honest about his intentions.  I would much prefer to conduct a mediation with this person than the ones who simply dodge the question of payment, or who actually agree to pay you, and then forget to bring the check.  I will be curious to hear Part II describing how this mediation turned out.</description>
