Hello all.  Please take a look at my website for newly updated and revised content.  The layout and look remain the same, but the content should be more user-friendly and informative.

New RSS feed

I switched from Feedburner to the new Google/Feedburner. They say it will redirect traffic automatically, so if the three of you who actually read this blog have trouble with your RSS feed, let me know.

Comment Policy

As you know, this is one of the most least controversial and widely read ignored blogs on the interweb.  I get over ten thousand hits  per day and have to wade through hundreds of a comment or two an hour per year.  Accordingly, I feel it necessary to institute a comment policy, not unlike fellow super-bloggers, Overlawyered, Volokh Conspiracy, Social Services for Feral Children, and Simple Justice.

Here it is:

If I don’t like your comment, I’ll delete it.  If you use the word “dude”, I’ll egg your house.

As I told my friend Cliff, who immediately tested me with an egregious comment the week the site went up:  This is not a democracy. Unless you count China or Russia. In which case, it is.

So, feel free to test me comment away.

Mediation Training All Week

I will be receiving additional mediation training all this week. I will not be able to live blog, like some other colleagues, so you will have to solider on without me this week.

You may also subscribe to my FeedBurner feed using the RSS Feed button directly below the Email Subscription box. Be on the look-out for other new features as a learn more about FeedBurner (and other tools for bloggers).
